With an impressive career in academic and corporate research, Dr. Cathy Yang serves as the Chief Operating Officer of CertiChem, PlastiPure’s sister company. Prior to joining CertiChem and PlastiPure, Dr. Yang was the research director of biotechnology at Monsanto Company. Previously, she served as a professor of biochemistry at Beijing Medical University. Dr. Yang earned her M.D. at Hunan Medical School, her M.S. and Ph.D. at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
